Together we bring a breadth and depth of experience in the teaching of all subjects and grade levels. We have also served in international schools and public schools as leaders in a variety of positions, across four continents. We have a diversity that brings us strength and common values that unite us. We are committed to confidentiality while also focused on then whole school vision.

Our Team

Our History

In May of 2020, the team met virtually for the first time to discuss the challenges of managing schools and classrooms through the Covid-19 pandemic. Later, the team continued to meet weekly to discuss visionary ideas for education. These conversations revealed just how important the role of middle level leaders is for innovation and collaboration within a school community.

We are a passionate team of experienced educators who want to make a positive difference in the lives of children across the globe by connecting, empowering and supporting educational leaders to find innovative solutions through win-win collaborative projects.

We believe that by supporting leaders in schools with highly relevant professional development and with experienced colleagues they can trust, learning can be accelerated and ultimately everyone within the school will benefit.
